Yoga Recycled

Yoga Recycled is Dean Judd's new FREE YOGA project in Utah County. Classes are offered at The Startup Building, The Yoga Underground, 3B Yoga, and The Pit Elevated. I love how this project and the yoga teachers and studios in our area are uniting to make yoga possible for anyone and everyone. It's a beautiful thing.

I'm teaching a class for the project at 6am on Mondays at The Yoga Underground. Check it out!

What's YOGA RECYCLED?
Though the origins of yoga are many and the people who practice diverse, those who find themselves on the journey have done so in pursuit of certain goals. Get healthy, lose weight, grow strong, find balance, gain peace, live longer, or all of the above--to name a few.

A yogi may not begin their practice with the intention to make the world a better place but inevitably that's what happens. Practicing yoga creates a transformation in an individual. It can inspire you to change your beliefs about yourself and about the world. Inspired people can do amazing things. Now is a really good time to start.

YOGA RECYCLED offers classes that are free of charge. What we ask in return is that you perpetuate the purpose of the practice. However you know how. In whatever way you believe is fair. By giving of whatever it is that you have to give to benefit someone else. To give is to receive and to receive is to give. That's YOGA RECYCLED.

TAKE THE ENERGY YOU GET FROM A YOGA CLASS AND PASS IT ON TO MAKE A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE IN SOMEONE ELSE'S LIFE.
